ProTaskInnate ("we," "our," or "us") is a desktop productivity widget. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
ProTaskInnate stores all your personal data - including events, tasks, notes, and settings - locally on your device. Your data is saved in a local file managed by the application and never leaves your computer during normal use.
We do not have access to your events, tasks, notes, or any content you create in the app.
We collect only the minimum information needed to operate the subscription service:
ProTaskInnate offers an optional Google Calendar integration. If you choose to connect your Google account, the app will request access to your calendar events via the Google Calendar API (calendar.events scope) in order to display, create, edit, and delete events directly within the widget.
How Google data is used: Calendar data retrieved from Google is used solely to render and sync events within the app on your local device. It is not stored on our servers, not used for advertising or analytics, and not processed for any purpose beyond providing the calendar feature you requested.
Data sharing and disclosure: We do not share, sell, transfer, or disclose your Google user data — including your calendar events or any information obtained through Google OAuth — to any third parties. Google calendar data flows exclusively between your device and Google's servers via the Google Calendar API. No Google user data is transmitted to ProTaskInnate's servers or any other party.
Revoking access: You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the Connections section in the app's settings. You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page. Disconnecting immediately stops all calendar data access.
ProTaskInnate's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Since your content data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on your device's security. We recommend keeping your operating system updated and using standard device protection (passwords, encryption).
Subscription verification requests are transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit).
You can export all your data at any time using the "Export my data" feature in the app's settings menu. This creates a JSON file containing all your events, tasks, notes, and settings.
To delete your data, simply uninstall the application. Since all content is stored locally, uninstalling removes it completely. To delete your Stripe subscription data, contact us at contact@protaskinnate.com.
ProTaskInnate is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
